The HAUS FEUERBACH is centrally located in the quiet historic quarter Waldstraßenviertel - Europe's biggest remaining quarter built in the Wilhelminian style of the 19th century.

Relax and exercise in the widespread woodlands and meadows of the neighboring Rosental, the city's oldest recreation area. Numerous restaurants in the vicinity look forward to your visit offering traditional Saxon cuisine and international specialties.

Whether pharmacy or supermarket - for your daily purchases there are different shopping facilities at walking distance. You can get to the inner city on foot in only 10 minutes or by public transport in 5 minutes.

Prices are valid as of 01.09.2022 and may vary at holidays, trade fair times and other seasonal highlights of the city of Leipzig.

All prices include standard service package per night and apartment based on 1 person occupancy.

For each additional person we charge a surcharge of € 20, from 7 nights € 10, from 28 nights € 5.

Children and teenagers up to 17 years receive a 50% discount on the surcharges.

The standard time for your check-in is from 2 pm - check-out until 10 am.

Deviating times can be agreed individually.

We charge a temporary energy flat rate of 1.00 EUR per person per night
and from October to April a heating surcharge of € 1.50 per apartment per night.

Parking (subject to availability): Day ticket € 9.90, monthly ticket € 150.
